Looking for a role where you can apply your passion for sports?Wanting to make a positive impact within your community?About The Role:We are looking for casual employees who are committed to providing a great service to people with disability and have a passion for Sport and staying active within the community.In our sport programs you will help to run weekly sessions during the school term and various sporting camps throughout the year. You will have a passion for Sport and staying active, and will have experience in a variety of sports, such as rugby league, soccer, basketball or tennis. A qualification in or currently studying sport therapy, nutrition, personal training or physical education is advantageous but not essential.There will also be options to pick up work in social groups, camps, after school programs, Vacation Care and School Leaver Employment Support groups. These activities run on weekends and evenings also.To be successful in the role, you will be available weekends and after school hours to support these programs.What do I need to succeed in the role?
- Genuine desire to support people with disability.
- Excellent communication and confidence to engage with new people.
- An understanding of privacy and confidentiality and how to treat sensitive information appropriately.
- Knowledge and/or experience with mental health supports is highly desirable.
- An NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check.
- Evidence of at least two (2) doses of a COVID-19 vaccination.
- A current Driver's Licence and access to a reliable vehicle.

- A casual hourly rate starts is between $40.26-$43.93 based on relevant experience and qualifications.
