This popular Discount and Variety business is seeking a Store Manager for their Armstrong Creek, Geelong location. We are seeking managers with an exceptional track record in high-volume, fast-paced settings. We're after someone with outstanding operational skills and dynamic leadership, someone who will lead their team from the front.
As the Store Manager, you'll be responsible for all aspects of daily operations, from driving sales targets to overseeing team training and development. You'll champion customer service, crafting memorable in-store experiences, while efficiently managing operational and inventory needs through effective delegation.
The Talents needed to Succeed....
- A proven ability to lead and inspire your team
- High level people and communication skills
- Knowledge of how to create a customer experience
- Proven track record of strong sales and KPIs in a large retail environment
- Understanding of P&L, including GP management, shrinkage and wage control
- Across recruitment, HR and performance management
- Strong VM, volume stock and time management skills
- Ability to be a coach and mentor
- Drive to lead a successful store
