Permanent Position, Dispatch administrator job, Wacol, $30/hr

Our client based in Wacol is a leading wholesale distributor of non-food restaurant and hotel supplies. Their extensive product range expands across cutlery, crockery, glassware, barware, kitchenware, table service, equipment, disposables and janitorial supplies.
Your new role
Working alongside another Dispatch Administrator, your duties will include:
Co-ordinate & release daily picking slips
Liaise & arrange with multiple freight carriers regarding daily pick ups of our consolidated mixed cages & or full pallet orders.
Completing Online Freight Bookings & preparing freight labels / manifest.
Prepare Customer & Account Manager order pick ups
Invoicing Customer orders
Preparing Delivery Dockets
Handling Internal Warehouse & Showroom transfers
Arrange Customer & Supplier Returns with support from our Purchasing Department
Priority stock checks
General administration & report review
About You:
Previous experience in a similar administration role within a warehousing/logistics environment
Ability to manage a high-volume email account
Excellent communication, reading, writing & numeric skills
Strong awareness of OH&S procedures
Positive ‘can do’ approach
Reasonable level of physical fitness, as lifting may be required
Intermediate Computer skills
Great attention to detail
