Dispatch Administrator

My client is a leading wholesale distributor of non-food restaurant and hotel supplies, providing the food service industry with quality brands at wholesale prices. They have developed a reputation, not only for their wide product range, but also for their service and attention to detail. With a flash new facility based in Wacol, they are on the hunt for a superstar Dispatch Administrator to join their vibrant team.

You will be working within a team performing a variety of tasks within the warehouse. The main tasks that will be completed include:

• Co-ordinate & release daily picking slips
• Liaise & arrange with multiple freight carriers regarding daily pick-ups
• Completing Online Freight Bookings & preparing freight labels/manifests
• Priority stock checks
• General administration & report review

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in a warehouse as a pick packer or warehouse operative. You will also have:

• Excellent communication skills & communication skills
  
• Inventory and Dispatch experience
  
• Forklift Licence is desirable
  
• Experience in a similar role
