Dispatch Clerk
Our client is a leading Australian manufacturer of insulated board systems for the construction industry. Over the last few years, the company has grown and become an industry leader. They manufacture in Melbourne and ship to all states in Australia. The company has plans for future growth.
We are currently seeking a suitable person to be their Despatch/Customer service / Inventoryordering person to work in their manufacturing facility located in Truganina. This is a permanent full-time role for immediate start.

Role - Responsible for Despatch, Customer service and Inventory ordering.
- Closing Sales Orders and raising Purchase Orders on Pronto
- Calling customers and advising product availability and delivery details.
- Liaising with cartage contractors and arranging deliveries -up to 10 trucks per day.
- Internal liaising with Stores, Production and Sales
- Ordering inventory and sourcing suppliers as necessary.
- Receipting purchase orders on Pronto.
Requirements: - Previous despatch admin experience in a similar role.
- Computer literate and have experience with Microsoft Office Suite & Pronto.
- Good numerical and accuracy skills.
- Be well organized and able to meet deadlines & pay attention to detail.
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- A strong work ethic with a can-do attitude / willingness to help others / assist with housekeeping.
- Reliable and punctual
