Currently, we have a team of over 315 dedicated professionals across five Australian Branches, Wauchope NSW (Head Office), Mt Thorley NSW, Mackay QLD, Perth WA and Gunnedah NSW. Of our amazing team, over 40 of our staff have been with the business for more than 15 years and many started their working careers with us and have continued to upskill and train within different aspects of the business, evolving and growing their careers with us.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for someone with a positive attitude to continuous improvement who is motivated to learn and grow in this role.
- Full-time position
- Regular hours – 7:30am to 5:00pm
- 9-day fortnight
- Overtime available

- Monthly staff BBQ
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Picking, packing, and dispatching goods
- Processing/keying transport invoices/shipment documentation, verifying freight costs
- Processing import and export freight charges
- Assisting sales staff with freight quotes
- Raising workshop dismantling orders
- Daily e-mail correspondence
- General warehouse duties
Desirable experience and attributes:
- High level of accuracy with the ability to retain information
- Impeccable time management and understanding work priorities
- Excellent communication/written skills
- Experience in import and export freight documentation and processing
- Sound understanding of freight practices and experience working in a similar role.
- Knowledge of HSE and COR responsibilities
- Excellent keyboard skills, proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Experience using Pronto software an advantage.
- Mechanical background an advantage
- Experience with Caterpillar Parts & SIS an advantage
Remuneration will be negotiated based on experience.
