As a Valued member of our team, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and seamless movement of stock from our production nurseries to our customers’ premises.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily flow of stock from the nursery to dispatch 
• Ensure incoming stock meets high quality standards.
• Watering stock as needed
• Maintaining a tidy and organised dispatch buffer
• liaising with the growing team of stock that becomes available
• updating regular availability lists that go out to customers
• Maintain quality assurance protocols to uphold the excellence of our products.
• Assist the dispatch team in picking and packing when required

Desired Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a dispatch setting, possibly in a wholesale nursery, fast moving consumer goods or manufacturing.
• Analytical thinking and the ability to read reports to estimate stock requirements
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office suite.
• Technical plant knowledge is not necessary however a love for indoor plants is!
