Our busy Director requires an intelligent and fun team player to assist with the multitude of projects ranging from property developments, software apps, patents, real estate consultancy at a very high level.
The successful candidate would have the opportunity to learn very unique and high level skills that are not available in any business is Australia. This is a rare opportunity to work alongside one of Australia's most respected property consultant.
Although we are deliberately quiet on our company name, we are well known and we are the leaders in two of our key fields being strata and valuations (all property consultancy related).
The office environment is very relaxed and friendly where each day is casual Friday, with an extended team of 12 people.
The role is to assist the Director in planning, prioritising and implementing projects and assisting with admin.
No prior knowledge of real estate in required as training can be provided, however the candidate must have the following demonstrated attributes
- A genuine eye for detail
- Ability to 'make connections' between various projects
- Good at planning (event management skills would be helpful)
- Good team person
- Reasonable to excellent computer skills (mainly outlook, excel and word)
The role includes the potential for travel around Australia and overseas.
