Our Mount Hawthorn pharmacy is looking for a personable, self-motivated and highly organised Dispensary Technician on a Permanent Full Time or Part Time basis.
The Dispensary Technician will support the Pharmacists’ in providing a great patient experience and timely and accurate pharmacy operation.
Working closely with the Pharmacists, your duties will include:
- Providing exceptional patient care and service,
- Dispensing Prescription
- Stock Control
- Preparing Dose Administration Aid (DAA)
- Assisting patients with their prescription and general enquiries
- Liaising with doctors, as required
- Providing support as required to other team members
Position requirements:
- Previous dispensing experience is preferred
- Pharmacy experience is preferred
- Effective relationship building skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work within a team environment
S2/S3 Certificate or Cert II/III in Community Pharmacy is desirable, however not essential.
