AddressAn award winning and highly established volume Home Building Company, due to continued growth are looking to hire an experienced AutoCAD production draftsperson to join their growing drafting team with a focus on drafting and designing Display Homes. Housing construction projects consist from a vast range of designs across single and double storey homes.
Display home design and drafting will be the key foundation for this role.
Key Responsibilities of the Role:
- Reporting to the Drafting Manager
- Produce accurate working drawings for display home projects
- Ensure all work is completed within set time frames
- Ensuring conformance with necessary guidelines and Council requirements
- Highly levels of accuracy
- Ability to work with a highly supportive and collaborative team environment
- MUST HAVE a minimum of 2 years experience as a drafter with a volume Home Building Company.
- Design experience is required
- Drafting experience is required
- Intermediate to Advanced level drafting experience using AutoCAD
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to work well in a fast paced environment
- Proven track record within the volume Home Building industry
- Strong team player
- Able to meet deadlines
