AddressA mid-size design studio with a portfolio of local and international projects are currently expanding their team and looking to add a Documentation Lead Architect/Technician to the team.
This supportive studio has a focus on sustainable architecture and community based projects, and are currently working across a diverse mix of Civic, Education, and Public works.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive and champion the documentation standards for the office
- Working closely to support the Project Directors across the majority of works in the studio
- Some coordination work with external consultants and contractors
- Production of working drawings, modelling, detailing and implementation of drawing packages
- Mentoring/upskills junior staff across technical requirements of project delivery output
Skills and Experience
- Advanced Revit Documentation knowledge and skills
- Senior level experience in a documentation role
- Able to work autonomously delivering documentation on new build projects
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a team
- Working knowledge of the BCA, NCC and local authority regulations
- A positive and professional attitude
