Description
- Provide legal advice and representation to public sector clients in various litigation matters.
- Collaborate with clients to assess legal issues and develop effective strategies to achieve successful outcomes.
- Conduct legal research, prepare legal documents, and represent clients in court proceedings when necessary.
- Advise clients on risk management and compliance within the public sector.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations affecting the public sector.
Profile
- A valid legal practising certificate in Australia.
- Minimum two years of experience in litigation, with a strong focus on public sector clients.
- Ability to obtain and hold a baseline security clearance.
- Strong knowledge of Australian public sector laws, regulations, and policies.
- Exceptional legal research and writing skills.
- Proven ability to handle complex and high-profile cases.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
