Description

• Provide legal advice and representation to public sector clients in various litigation matters.
• Collaborate with clients to assess legal issues and develop effective strategies to achieve successful outcomes.
• Conduct legal research, prepare legal documents, and represent clients in court proceedings when necessary.
• Advise clients on risk management and compliance within the public sector.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations affecting the public sector.

Profile

• A valid legal practising certificate in Australia.
• Minimum two years of experience in litigation, with a strong focus on public sector clients.
• Ability to obtain and hold a baseline security clearance.
• Strong knowledge of Australian public sector laws, regulations, and policies.
• Exceptional legal research and writing skills.
• Proven ability to handle complex and high-profile cases.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
