About the role

If you're ready to contribute your enthusiasm and expertise to a company that values growth and performance, we encourage you to apply and embark on this exciting journey with us. Your primary responsibilities will be:

• Receipt and processing of stock
• Quality control and inspection of jewellery
• Invoicing stock to our retail stores
• Inventory management including stocktakes
• Dealing with our retail store enquiries and requests
• Packing online orders

What we’ll love about you

• Thorough understanding of inventory management principles
• Exceptional problem solving skills
• Strong organisation skills and multi-tasking ability
• Strong operating knowledge of Microsoft applications including Excel
• Great customer service
• Excellent phone manner and communication skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Jewellery product knowledge preferred, but not essential
