THE OPPORTUNITYCSR are seeking a dynamic, influential
Distribution Centre Manager to lead our Bayswater operation for three brands - Hebel, Cemintel and AFS. This is a pivotal role reporting to the General Manager of Logistics, where you will partner with sales, customer service, manufacturing and planning to deliver exceptional service to our customers.
About the role:- Responsible for the organisation and execution of receipt, storage, picking and despatch of goods to Customers, and other CSR sites
- Management of 3 different CSR brands through warehouse to market
- Ensure outstanding customer service delivery.
- Lead the implementation of operational excellence initiatives.
- Develop and empower team members to maximize performance.
- Enhance safety standards across all operations.
- Monitor and analyse performance metrics to achieve financial targets.
- Drive change initiatives to align with strategic objectives.
About you:- Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in logistics or supply chain.
- Champions safety, health, compliance and sustainability across site
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated track record of driving continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute plans effectively.
