About the role
This role requires an individual who is self motivated and keen to learn the whole job role of the Outbound team at the PDC. The successful applicant will be comfortable operating a forklift, loading and unloading trucks. They will also be prepared to be off the equipment and participating in the many different tasks that require daily attention in order to achieve our targets of goods supplied to our network and customers.

What can you expect?
- Receiving, replenishing, picking and dispatch
- Operating forklift equipment, pallet riders, pallet wrappers and other Warehouse equipment.
- Writing up manifests, booking carriers using our IFS system
- Consistently, delivering high standards in housekeeping, whilst adopting safe work practices
- Participate in daily huddles and Distribution Centre toolboxes or discussions.
- Actively participate in My Health Checks with Manager
- Adhering to all relevant policies and procedures.
Skills and Experience
- Strong communication skills and excellent work ethic
- Computer literacy would be an advantage
- Current forklift ticket and forklift operating experience
- On the job training and the opportunity to move along the Reece Career Pipeline
- Team player, with exceptional safety awareness.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with the staff, peers, and suppliers
