Currently supplying to over a 120 wholesale locations, 120 stores and have a team of over 700 employees. Their team is expanding and they are looking for an experienced, highly motivated and positive Distribution centre supervisor to join their team in a permanent full time position located in Truganina

Responsibilities you will be undertaking, but not limited to
- Supervising operations of Distribution centre
- Improve initiatives and increase productivity in all areas
- Communicate with sourcing teams to minimise overdue orders
- Improve impound cross docking process
- Make sure packaging standards are met
- Evaluate inbound receipting and putaway process
- Routine performance reviews
- Ensure daily KPIs are met
- Ensure appropriate packaging and labelling is used to provide seamless freight
- Ensure customer service issues are resolved
- Manage picking team routes and schedules
- Use of WMS system, tuggers, pallet jacks, forklifts and MS office suite
To be successful in this position you must
- Minimum 3 years experience in a warehouse supervisor role
- Attention to detail and well organised
- Be able to prioritise high volume workflow
- Great communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- PC skills in MS Office suite
- Reliable transport to and from site
- Influences high work quality and performance
- Motivated and result focused
- Functional leadership
- Present a cheerful, positive manner with customers and team
- Qualification in Supply Chain/Operations, Logistics or business operations (advantage)
