What you'll be doing
Providing timely information and professional advice on queries relating to privacy and public access to government information whilst also promoting compliance within the District with privacy laws, regulations and other authorities.

Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications, in law or in health information management, and/or demonstrable expert knowledge of privacy laws from relevant experience. Working knowledge of, or be able to demonstrate the ability to gain a working knowledge of, relevant laws and authorities relating to privacy and government information access including the NSW Government Information (Public Access) (GIPA) Act 2009, the NSW Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act 1998, the NSW Health Records Information Privacy Act 2002, and the NSW Health Privacy Manual for Health Information.
