About the Role: A great part-time ongoing opportunity exists for a District Support Officer to join a positive, supportive and close-knit team based in Kangaroo Flat. We require consecutive day commitment of e.g. Monday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Friday. Key responsibilities of this varied role will involve:
Provision of administrative support
Preparation of documents that may include letters, memos, presentations, reports, minutes and briefing notes
Minute taking, diary management and meeting coordination
Provide support at meetings including, organising and scheduling, agenda preparation, venue and catering requirements
Data entry
Records administration
Database and systems coordination
Customer service both internally and externally
General office support
This role working from our District 2 – Kangaroo Flat office would be perfect for a strong administrator with excellent customer service skills who is keen to work with a team dedicated to live and breathe the CFA values. About You: The ideal candidate will be hands on and keen to join a small team that will provide you with the ability to apply your array of skills to a variety of tasks. Ideally you will have a strong commitment to teamwork and bring a skill set that will consist of administrative skills inclusive of an excellent telephone manner. Crucial to your success in this role will be your adaptability, attitude, willingness to learn and desire to demonstrate your initiative and more importantly you will be self-motivated and keen to pitch in where needed. You will demonstrate excellent organisational and time-management skills and a proactive and autonomous approach. Furthermore, you will have efficient computer skills including the MS Office suite along with demonstrated strength in building and maintaining strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
