Located in Cowra, the purpose of this position is to create and renew SOP documents and general WHS processes and procedures. The ideal candidate will demonstrate an ability to assist and encourage the use of Company processes and procedures including Quality systems and SOP framework to ensure written documentation is concise and applicable to operational needs.
Responsibilities:
- Uphold and lead by the organisational Mission statement, company objectives and promote this to all staff under your supervision
- Have previous SOP experience in writing documents
- Ensure company systems are updated and kept with accuracy
- Attention to detail
- High level typing and style guiding skills
- Provide support to any document requests internally and externally
- Provide support to reporting manager
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- A qualification in either WHSEQ or Quality Assurance
- Ability to build effective relationships, internally and externally
- Excellent organisational skills and effective communication skills
- Ability meet deadlines
- Self-managed, motivated, and energetic
- Ability interact with different levels of management
- Demonstrated effective oral and written communication skills
