Key Responsibilities:
- Document Management System Oversight: Develop, implement, and maintain a document management system that meets the needs of the Neom Logistics LAR process and complies with Neom regulatory requirements.
- Process Development and Implementation: Establish and maintain Document Control processes and procedures for document processing, distribution, retention, retrieval, and destruction.
- Compliance and Quality Control: Ensure all documentation complies with defined LAR process standards, regulatory requirements, as well as quality standards.
- Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive records of all LAR documents, including revisions and distribution logs. Prepare reports on the status of documentation for management review.
- Training and Support: Train staff on Document Control procedures and best practices. Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure adherence to document management policies.
- Document Review and Revision: Coordinate the review, approval, and revision of documents, ensuring that changes are communicated effectively to all relevant parties.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with various departments to ensure that documentation requirements are met efficiently and effectively. Serve as the primary point of contact for Document Control matters.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Document Control management, preferably in the [specific industry, e.g., construction, engineering, pharmaceuticals] sector.
- Strong understanding of Document Control principles, regulatory compliance, and industry standards.
- Proficient in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
