We are seeking a Senior Document Control Specialist to join our client on a 12-month assignment. This purpose of this role is critical in supporting the Project Team by ensuing Document Control processes are implemented on studies and projects per the Document Control Management Plan.
Responsibilities:
Establishment of Document Control processes as the clients Document Control System, Procedures, Operations and Major Project requirements
Ensure all controlled documents are manager per relevant Document Control procedures and standards
Support the ongoing development and implementation of the Document Control tool (Aconex)
Undertake complete information management for project correspondence and documentation, including reviews/approval and distribution of documents
Ensure the integrity of deliverables are controlled through all phases of the project
Maintain document register
