AddressASX top 50 manufacturing giant needs a talented Document Controller, ideally with Aconex exp, to implement & maintain procedures for the project.
Responsibilities:
- Utilise project systems, processes, tools, standards and checks to ensure the highest quality practices in all aspects of the Document Control function for the project.
- Manage the project Aconex project management software, specifically the Document Register, Templates and Workflows.
- Develop, establish and maintain project shared folder structure and naming.
- Develop, establish and maintain robust and efficient document review, control processes and systems for the project.
- Develop, implement and maintain Document Control procedures for the project.
- With the Project Controls Manager, develop a process to ensure accurate and timely drawing and documentation review process to facilitate the execution of the project works.
- Provide training for team members in the use of the project folder structure, file naming, document numbering and registration, version control and record management.
- Support the Project Controls team to manage contractor timesheets from the Project Team and maintain records of hours worked.
- Contribute to project reporting processes, including by editing and formatting study reports and supporting documentation.
