We are seeking to appoint a dynamic and proactive individual to our team team located at Castle Hill to provide support to the Contracts & Project Manager. The role relies on strong organisational skills, the ability to manage multiple task and meeting deadlines.
Key areas of accountability include (but not limited to):
- Gather all requested information from internal stakeholders to complete pre-qualification documents requested by customers
- Review documents prior to submission to customers
- Support the Contracts & Project Manager to draft and review contracts and maintain comprehensive contracts register
- Participate in internal contract review discussions and ensure all documentation related to contracts are correctly filed and managed
- Support with the completion, review and submission of tender documentation
- Ensure purchase order/agreements are signed as per agreement with SMC
- Participate in project kick off meetings and maintain project document registers, provide version and revision control of incoming and outgoing project documentation
- Prepare project schedules, monthly reports and any other documents as requested from time to time.
Our successful applicant will possess the following skillset and demonstrated previous experience:
- Tertiary qualification in relevant discipline and / or industry experience in a similar role
- Proven relevant experience in a similar industry with a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience.
- Good knowledge of records and information management
- Proven ability in administering and maintaining document management systems
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to details.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office programs,
- Strong writing skills and able to understand, evaluate and apply technical information and functional skills.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
