Role Overview
Our client is seeking a Systems Document Controller to join their team on a part-time basis for a minimum of 3 months, with the possibility of extending up to an additional 3 months. Reporting directly to the HESQ Manager, the successful candidate will work 3 full days per week at their northern suburbs office. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing CDMS documentation for group and project-specific documentation.
- Formatting documents and creating editable PDF forms.
- Maintaining and updating internal SharePoint content and notifications.
- Providing administrative support and maintenance.
- Creating and managing audit and inspection documentation.
- Assisting with Aconex administration and document control.
- Conducting internal audits.
- Coordinating and compiling tender documents.
- Managing drug and alcohol testing procedures.
- Coordinating breathalyser calibration.
About You
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, experience, and qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in document control, preferably within the mining and/or civil construction sectors.
- Certificate IV in Document Control (highly desired).
- Proficiency in document systems administration, particularly SharePoint.
- Intermediate skills in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat DC.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- A consultative approach to work.
- Strong organisational skills.
