About the role
We are looking to work with a skilled, self-motivated, and details driven individual to join our team, based in our centrally located Sydney CBD office. The role will revolve around your technical ability to prepare documentation, ensure all conditions of contracts are adhered to, drive and manage our system, as well as understanding documentation protocol. You will add value and depth from a structural perspective, working with the existing team from a reporting and operations perspective. Your ideas and opinions will be heard and valued.
In this position, you will be responsible for documentation flow to our Export, Financial and Logistics partners.
About you
You will be an experienced Document Controller with proven experience in a similar role. You will possess the ability to work precisely and accurately with highly detailed information, working not only autonomously but cooperating with others across the business, focusing on common objectives.
Other desired skills and experience include:
- The ability to build relationships with customers, shipping, governing bodies, internal and external stakeholders.
- Preparing and raising all documents required for export - including invoices, PHYTO sanatory certificates, packing list, certificate of origin, insurance certificates and other required documents.
- Liaising with third party providers ensuring all documents are correct and provided.
- Coordinating with DAFF for eligibility requirements and ensure compliance.
- Keeping the electronic filing up to date.
- Be part of a small growing team and be open to cross training of roles.
- Experience with LC’s and Sight Drafts would be beneficial.
