We are seeking passionate and motivated individuals that are dedicated to advancing their skill set and position in the industry.
Canine Culture has developing programs in sport dog training/coaching of various levels, pet dog board and train and in house training programs within our team. We are seeking individuals with strong initiative to claim position and help us develop and grow these areas of the business.
A perfect opportunity for someone that wants to be working hands on with the dogs, and coaching/working with members within the team that have the same level of investment - and have other positions take care of the people side of things!
Canine Culture already runs a successful Boarding program, Day School program, Specialist Canine Retail Store (The Canine Emporium) and a separate events space (The Canine Campus).
The current casual and Permanent Positions available are most suitable for those who are eager to continue investing in their professional skill in an exciting changing environment and develop their own position within the business and further in the industry.
What You Need:
A healthy attitude towards your self development.
A strong passion for dogs and a genuine desire to work in the industry.
A strong desire to continue to advance your knowledge of canine behaviour and training and use of own initiative to create opportunities that will foster this.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Patience, empathy, and willingness to be open to coaching and ability to adapt when needed.
Physical ability to handle dogs of varying sizes and strengths.
