The Student Recruitment team are passionate about supporting students through this journey, through a consultative approach, understanding a prospective student’s career goals and objectives and provide advice on the most suitable course, how they can study, where they can study, and what the enrolment process involves.The Future Student Advisor role is vital for the student experience and will become a specialist in one of our key faculty areas: Design, Creative Technology, Business, Hospitality, Health or Education. Using this specialist knowledge with a combination of customer service, sales and account management skills you will provide guidance for future students in person, online and on the phone.You will review the suitability of applicants for a course against published entry criteria and assisting future students with application, enrolment and on boarding processes. Working closely with admissions, academics and a variety of student support teams – all with a shared focus on providing exceptional customer and learning experiences.Day-to-day accountabilities:Start each day – Knowing that you will be inspired by your future student’s goals and be prepared to change lives.You will receive fresh future student enquiries throughout the day, ready and waiting for you to contact.Your day will be a mixture of inbound and outbound calls along with students coming in to tour our state of the art campuses.To be successful you will deploy a Win-Win consultative style – Excited & Engaged future students will mean and a Happy & Engaged University environment.Get ready to be in demand and become a star focus for Open Days & Future Student focused events.Part of connecting the right course to the student’s goals will be guiding students through the admissions and on boarding processes. Ensuring integrity against the admissions process in reviewing applications – Don’t worry your admissions team mates will be there to support you throughout this process.Your core system will be Salesforce.com – You will be supported with automations and robots but this will be your core system to manage your student records and communications.Supporting the Student Recruitment Manager in sharing market insights and developing future strategies to support your students. We believe everyone should have the ability to be create their future with education.This is a full time permanent contract - the successful candidate will be based in Surry Hills. Whilst there is some flexibility, due to the nature of the position, the role will be primarily based in the office.Who you are:Have experience in a sales role, being customer focused or have a keen passion to learn.Have experience or an understanding of the education sector, additional understanding of the Domestic Market is an advantage. A passion for education is a must.Be driven by results, passionate about the high level service you will provide.Love building relationship and be energised by achieving goals.Salesforce or similar CRM experience is an advantage. If not, we are happy to provide extensive training and support for the right candidate.Have the ability to work autonomously and in a team setting within a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.Have a successful track record in meeting and exceeding goals and ability to multitask.Why join us?
