The Role

This is your opportunity to join our dynamic team and take control of our Supply Chain processes to deliver excellence across the board!

A full-time opportunity exists for a Domestic Supply Chain Coordinator ensuring customer satisfaction, cost containment, and logistics optimisation.

Acting as a liaison to other departments within the Company, you will champion forecasting, demand planning and manage internal and external stakeholder relationships within PWC’s domestic and international logistics network. 

Key Requirements

  • Manage all PWC warehouses and represented brands, optimising efficient storage and handling and liaising and negotiating with 3PL suppliers;
  • Ensure accurate inventory levels based on analytical data, including optimising SOH levels, raising purchase orders, organising shipments of stock , processing goods inwards, minimising OOS and increasing DIFOT;
  • Manage purchase orders through to consignment invoicing, ensuring invoicing accuracy, recording and approval;
  • Key Domestic and Imports supplier forecasting;
  • Work effectively with the relevant sales team to ensure stock requirements are achieved, issues are resolved, and customer service levels are maintained; 
  • Produce monthly reports on key areas of stock management and address any discrepancies;
  • Meet regularly with the Sales BU to review inventory requirements and resolve issues.
  • Liaise with the Imports Manager on imported stock requirements and timing, organising warehousing and shipment; 
  • Analyse weekly warehouse invoices, suggesting modifications and improvements where required;
  • Track final product shipments and review all costs and variances to ensure correct costings and margin requirements are maintained and
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of the stock management system. 

About You

Key Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 3 years’ previous logistics and Supply Chain experience within a fast-paced environment; 
  • High attention to detail and ability to prioritise accordingly;
  • Ability to effectively communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders;
  • Proven commercial acumen and organisational skills to drive business results;
  • Strong knowledge of Excell and Microsoft Office Suit; and
  • Passion for the hospitality/wine industry.
