Crown Towers, Crown Metropol and Crown Promenade offering unique experiences for all guests.We're seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join the Towers Bell Services Team as a Doorperson.This is a part time position requiring flexibility to work across a 7 day roster.In this role, you'll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests as well as:
- Providing a warm and engaging arrival and departure experience
- Managing the flow of traffic on the hotel driveway
- Assisting with guest enquiries and providing directions
- Settling payment for hotel guests and casual parkers
About youYou'll bring the following:
- A positive attitude and genuine care for guest experience
- An ability to multitask and work under pressure
- An ability to make quick decisions and remain composed at all times
Additional InformationTo be successful, you'll:
- Have a current Australian unrestricted manual drivers licence (no P plates).
- Have previous experience working in a front facing customer service position.
- Be well presented and impeccably groomed.
- Have excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Be available to work across a rotating roster.
