Dozer / Grader Operator

Chandler Macleod, a leader in the mining sector, is on the lookout for experienced Dozer & Grader Operators to join our industry leading client, operating across various rosters such as 8/6, 7/7, 2/1 or 2/2 in the Pilbara and Goldfields regions. Alongside flexible scheduling, we offer competitive renumeration ranging from $60 to $65 per hour, dependent on your experience. Additionally, you'll receive super on all hours worked, access to industry-leading Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), and dedicated consultancy support throughout your tenure with us.Key Responsibilities:

• Operate safely within an open-pit mining environment.
• Perform pre-start checks and routine equipment maintenance to uphold operational standards.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of 12 months' experience operating D10/D11 dozers or 16M, 18M, 24M Graders in an open-pit environment.
• Proven track record of adhering to safety standards and protocols within mining or heavy industries.
• Strong teamwork abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering top-notch results.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical examination with a clean National Police Check.
