About the Role:

• Coordinate preparation of architectural working drawings for new homes based on Design team concepts
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and local laws
• Collaborate closely with Designers and Interior Designers to maintain design intent and buildability
• Review and contribute to design improvements in consultation with the project team
• Thoroughly review drawings for accuracy, buildability, and consistency
• Assist in checking the accuracy and suitability of shop drawings from steel fabricators
• Review Energy Ratings, HVAC, and Engineering designs for buildability, cost efficiency, and accuracy
• Ensure coordination between various project documents to eliminate ambiguity
• Update drawings to reflect client and project requirements over time

About You:

• Minimum 2 years of Drafting experience within construction as a Team Leader
• Demonstrated experience estimating projects over $1M in value
• Self-starter, mature-minded and thrives in an autonomous environment
• Ready to take a senior position whereby your input and ideas are valued and implemented within the business
