As an experienced recruiter, this role allows you to further develop and refine your consulting and recruitment expertise within the commercial sector, where your contributions will have a significant impact. We're looking for someone with a proactive, can-do attitude and a positive perspective who is eager to engage with senior client stakeholders and specialist candidates alike and mentor the team and our up and coming senior recruiters.About the role:
Reporting to the Victoria Business Manager - your key responsibilities will include:-
- 360 end to end recruitment
- Provision of best practice recruitment solutions to new and existing clients
- Ongoing management of candidate attraction and sourcing activities
- Maintenance and enhancement of relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Achieve individual revenue targets and KPI's
- Drive individual and team results, morale and customer engagement
- Identify and drive marketing opportunities and lead generation whilst building brand awareness
- Mentor and support our Recruitment Consultants
- Minimum 5 years in a recruitment role, within white collar recruitment, with a strong track record of driving business growth and achieving revenue targets.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain successful client relationships, with strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Previous team leader experience highly desired
- A real people person, inquisitive in conversation and empathetic in nature
- Organised and able to prioritise work in a fast-paced environment. Thrive on a challenge and love solving problems, problems are an opportunity not a showstopper.
- A winning attitude and a genuine desire to create a rewarding career for yourself by achieving goals
- Strong communication skills, verbally and written. Computer literate, Experience using Microsoft Office products highly desirable but not a showstopper
