An excellent opportunity has become available for a suitable Draftsperson with Estimating experience to join our team. This is a Full Time position based in our Bayswater Office.
You will be responsible for tendering works, reviewing scope & specification, producing installation plans and liaising with our customers, suppliers and project staff. Estimating and tendering could include new builds and rectification work to existing buildings as well as assisting in the development of new height safety products, such as mechanical platforms and access ladders.
To succeed in this role, applicants must be able to demonstrate the following skills & attributes:
- Previous experience in estimating & drafting.
- Previous experience interpreting Scope & Specifications.
- The ability to manage your time and meet deadlines.
- Experience in a similar role (minimum 3 years).
- A keen eye for detail & quality.
- The ability to work independently.
Attributes that would be highly regarded are:
- A high level of skill with AutoCAD (including Map 3D functionality), Inventor, Naviswork & Revit will be highly regarded
- Experience in the building & construction industry with regards to estimating & tendering
- Experience with tendering on Government contracts
