Job Description:
Vector Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an experienced Drainage Engineer to join our client in London, a leading Maintenance Services Provider specializing in drainage maintenance services for both domestic and commercial clients.
Responsibilities:
Attend emergency and reactive call-outs for both commercial and domestic clients.
Utilize a variety of techniques and tools, including High Pressure Water Jetting, Core Cleaning, De-Scaling, CCTV Surveys, and Vacuum equipment to address client issues.
Conduct excavations and repairs as required.Requirements:
Previous experience working within the Drainage industry is a must.
Demonstrated technical knowledge and competency in all aspects of drainage.
Hold a full UK driving license with no more than 6 points.
Excellent timekeeping and punctuality.
Ability to approach and resolve problems logically.
Experience in completing CCTV surveys, Patching and Lining,preferably using basic plumbing skills.Desirable:
CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) certification.
First Aid certification.
A valid CS1 Confined Space card.
High-pressure water jetting card.Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8 am - 5 pm.
Work 4 nights a month.
Work 1 weekend a month.
Participate in 1 call-out week every 10 weeks.Pay and Package:
Basic salary ranging from £35,000 to £40,000 per annum plus overtinme ratesdepending on experience and qualifications.
Overtime rates at 1/3 additional pay from Monday to Thursday.
Double-time pay on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Fully equipped company vehicle.
