We are looking for Drill and Blast Operators to join our teams based at our various operations located in the Pilbara. You'll be summary of the role. Whether you're new to your profession or experienced in your field, and whatever industry you have exposure to, we have opportunities that will provide interesting work and growth opportunities for everyone.

Reporting to the Supervisor, you'll be part of a friendly team, supported by your leader to grow and achieve your own personal goals as well as the goals of the team. You'll work an 8 days on, 6 days off, 7 nights on, 7 nights off roster which will give you more time to spend on the things that are important to you and the people in your life.

What you'll bring

  • A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team
  • Respect for others and an all-inclusive mindset
  • Experience in drilling, blast crew, MPU or shotfiring
  • C Class Drivers Licence or higher
  • Experience working in an Operations or Maintenance role in mining or another heavy industry
