Experienced HR Business Partner for a 9 month contract
Your new company
In this 9 month contract, you will work under the broad direction of the Associate Director HR to deliver people management solutions and advice to specified client portfolio(s) to support the achievement of its core objectives and to enhance the organisational capability of the portfolio.
Your new role
Implements strategies and develops plans for the delivery of HR services to the client portfolio in order to support the achievement of the client’s core business objectives and priorities.
Support client group in a broad range of HR services, including;
Talent Management
Workforce planning
Staff Engagement Survey
Performance Management
Reward & Recognition
Diversity & Inclusion
Learning & Development
What you'll need to succeed
Experience in a HR Consultation role in a large, complex and diverse organisation.
Experience working in an EBA environment.
You will hold Tertiary qualifications in HR
You will be able to establish and maintain effective relationships with clients.
Excellent written communication skills – is able to write cogent management reports and non-standard correspondence.
