About the Roles
AWX are seeking highly motivated and experienced Drill Fitters for maintenance, general repairs, fault diagnostics, servicing, daily refueling and inspections. This position is a permanent position on 7/7 day shift roster, can be DIDO or BIBO from Mackay, Rockhampton or Bundaberg. A main requirement is for people who fit our culture with a positive "CAN DO" attitude and be self-motivated.
TO BE CONSIDERED YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
Trade qualified with post-trade experience in the mining industry (Heavy Duty Diesel Fitter or Plant Mechanic)
Current Coal Board Medical & Standard 11 (or willingness to obtain)
Current Queensland driver licence
Experience with Sandvik DR412i Drill rigs highly advantageous.
