The Opportunity:
We're looking for an experienced Drill Fitter to join our Forrestdale workshop team! Reporting to the workshop managers, your role will include (but not limited to):
- Drill rig re-builds & new builds
- General Fitting work
- Fault finding & commissioning
- Operating/Tram drill rigs onto a float
- Working in a team & assisting other fitters
- Experience in a similar role
- HD Fitter with component rebuild or drill rig experience
- Ability to work unsupervised, and within a team.
- Sound knowledge with Hydraulics, Electrics & CAN
- Experience working on Epiroc / Sandvik (advantageous)
- 9.5hr days, hours 0600-1600 Mon-Thur
- BBQ and 2pm finish on Fridays!
- Perth based workshop located in Forrestdale
- Career progression, could eventuate into a leading hand role
