About The Job 

Terra Mining is seeking experienced Drillers to join our growing team. Terra Mining’s drilling operations are about maintaining peak production.  

What You Will Bring 

• Experience operating T45, and L7 rigs 
• Substantial experience in production drilling in an open-pit environment 
• Ability to understand and interpret production drill plans and maintain steady meters. 
• Experience conducting maintenance checks on the drill rig. 
• Ability to undertake basic, preventative maintenance where required. 
• High regard for the safety of yourself and co-workers 
• Team player who can work with many disciplines including engineering and surveying. 
• Capability to undertake all safety paperwork and processes. 
• Ability to work unsupervised. 
• Relevant VOC’s 
• A high understanding and awareness of occupational health and safety 

What We Offer 

• Casual rate - up to $72/hr
• Immediate start - 2/1 roster, rotating day/night shift. 
• Local resident to Kalgoorlie, DIDO (allowance is available) or FIFO ex Perth – flights provided. 
• Super paid on ALL HOURS 
• Camp in the heart of Kalgoorlie town 
• Site 10-minute drive from camp 
• Ability to Salary Sacrifice into your Super 
• Retention bonus available to eligible employees, paid every 6 months, 
• Gym Membership available 
• We fly Virgin, Friday – Friday (you receive the Frequent Flyer points)
