As we continue to expand with the number of clients we support, we're seeking a highly skilled Minute Taker to support our clients and join the team.
Role Description
We are expanding our reach and are looking for a Minute Taker for a client that is based in Adelaide. You will need to be available at the following times to take the minutes:
- Third Thursday 4.30pm - 7.30pm ACST (this meeting is virtual)
- Fourth Tuesday 4 - 6.3pm ACST (in person attendance)
- Fourth Tuesday (bi-monthly) 3-4pm ACST (in person attendance before the Board meeting.
The overall commitment will be between 8 - 10 hours per month with the option for much more if you have capacity.
You will need to have your own transport so that you can get to and from the Mawson Lakes office. Travel time will be covered. You will also need your own device (laptop). A company email account and any software will be provded.
This position would be suitable for someone who has a job and wants some additional money or alternatively if you are looking for a small amount of hours.

- Minimum 3 years of board support experience.
- Highly organised, with good time management skills.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to find the most efficient ways to complete tasks.
- An interest and understanding of good governance principles (desirable).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Computer literacy in MS Office suite.
- Great communication skills.
- Resourcefulness and a proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
- Live in Adelaide.

- Taking accurate minutes.
- Ensuring the Board stick to the agenda, provide gentle guidance in the Board meeting, record decisions and actions
- Keep the lines of communication open with the CEO.
