I have a role that has just opened up in our sales team and I am looking for someone that fits with the rest of my team. We sell high-volume and exciting brands and I need more team mates to handle the enquiries. Hence, the position I’m advertising today.
I DO NOT need you to be experienced in motor vehicle sales. I need you to be enthusiastic, resilient and honest. I want you to get to know the customer, their lifestyle, their pet’s names and what they really want out of a vehicle. I want you to be hungry for work and show ambition.
Our showroom offers you a higher-than-normal level of customer enquiry, just begging to be guided to the perfect vehicle, so the actual enquiry kind of just falls in your lap. What you do with it from there will be the key.
The on-site finance, aftermarket and insurance providers mean you can take the customer through the whole journey, from first enquiry to waving them out of the driveway in their new vehicle, like a cliché insurance commercial.
The showroom is in close proximity to food, grocery and specialty outlets, as well as many gyms. Unlike most dealerships, we don’t start work until 8.30am, and we leave you alone on your frequent and well-earned RDO, because we value your sanity!
Your package is a combination of both a retainer AND generous commissions. AND wait for it… they’re uncapped. Most team members earn between $65,000 and $80,000, however, I challenge you to make me fork out another $100,000 annual wage like my top consultants are currently earning.
