The Opportunity
We are seeking Casual Educators to join our Yarrabilba Drive centre, who understand the delivery of a high-quality curriculum in the education and care environment who intrinsically ensures that all children are inspired to investigate, create and explore their thoughts and participate in an exciting curriculum. The role will have the possibility of moving to a permanent position for the right candidate.
We pride ourselves on our exceptional Leadership structure consisting of a full-time Relationships Manager, responsible for all enrolment management and family engagement, a full-time non-contact Educational Leader who drives high quality educational outcomes and hands-on coaching for our educating team for best practice and a full-time Centre Director to lead quality and support our Centre achieve success.
About the Centre
Harmony Yarrabilba Drive is a 106 placement with 6 studios and has a wonderful community focus. The indoor and outdoor areas have a naturalistic focus for Educators and children to enjoy.
About You
- Your personal belief of children is that they are confident, capable learners with voices to be respected
- Possess the tools to provide a strong foundation to enrich children’s learning and development
- Tangible knowledge of early childhood development and emotional regulation
- Current Blue card
- Current Child Protection Training Qualification or willingness to obtain
- Current CPR and First Aid Certificates including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training, or willingness to obtain
- Certificate III, Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA Approved Qualification), or working towards
