Company Overview:
Our client is an Australian company leading the way in logistics that specializes in cement production, offering a variety of products that are manufactured locally. The company provides technical support and resources to cater to large scale industrial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely transport cement to various batch plants as per delivery schedules.
Perform pre and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle and equipment are in good working condition.
Engage in loading and unloading operations, including hooking up and reversing trailers.
Comply with all safety protocols, including drug and alcohol testing and physical fitness assessments.
Participate in a driving assessment as part of the hiring process.
Operate during the Day Shift (Start between 3 AM or 5 AM) or Afternoon Shift (Start between 2 PM or 3 PM) - 9.5-hour shifts.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Must possess a valid HC truck license with at least 18 months driving experience.
Firm understanding of pneumatic systems essential.
Safety-conscious with a strong focus on workplace health and safety practices.
Quick learner with the ability to adapt and acquire new skills.
