We have a permanent full-time opportunity available for someone who is keen to take charge of implementing and monitoring our heavy vehicle driver behaviour and ability through vehicle assessments whilst assisting in the on-boarding process for new recruits. Experience in a similar driving instructional role is desired however not essential.
This role is office and site based, and will involve occasional travel across sites, including regional NSW.

- Monitor onboarding heavy vehicle training programs to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Maintain existing, and develop new heavy vehicle training programs in consultation with stakeholders with ongoing monitoring and review.
- Provide heavy vehicle instruction to persons identified by their manager as requiring further instruction on an as needed basis.
- Lead and participate in regular team and operational reporting meetings informing key stakeholders of the compliance rate across the business.
- Cert 4 in training & assessment
- Relevant qualifications in WHS (advantageous, but not essential)
- Experience in a similar role
- Basic computer literacy (e.g. Microsoft word + data entry)
