The RoleA position has opened up in the operations team for a Drone operator to help with various tasks. As our team expands and our operations become increasingly more complex, we are seeking experienced, technically-minded leaders to help guide us into our next phase of operations.
The role will be multifaceted with a focus on operations, compliance as well as document and procedural development.

Responsibilities
- Conduct flight operations using small and medium category RPA
- Develop procedures that improve efficiency and safety
- Implement and uphold safety management systems
- Conduct audits on systems, procedures and personnel
- Conduct training and on-boarding as well as competency checks
- Develop and execute self-directed tasking to achieve company goals
- This role will require consistent travel, flexibility is critical
- Deep understanding of Australian RPAS regulatory environment and CASA processes
- Attention to detail
- Experience in setting and meeting personal deadlines
- A Remote Pilots Licence (RePL) Multi-rotor <25kg
- Australian driver’s license
- International RPAS experience
- Passion for the UAS industry and the environment
- Cert IV Training & Assessment
- Experience with medium category RPA
