Drone Pilot

RPAS Equip  is  an approved and certified by CASA (https://rpasequip.com.au) and is an established Training school that provides drone Remote Pilot Licence (RePL) training within Australia. We have recently engaged with an International  company that specialises in the drone survey industry. This company is engaged in a massive survey project where approximately 50 drones will be used to complete the project.

Due to the enormous amount of area to be surveyed we are seeking the services of additional RePL pilots that hold CASA (or other recognised National CAA) issued/approved RePLs (7kg) on either Fixed Wing (FW)/PowerLift and/or Rotary wing (RW) UAVs.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• We are seeking contractors that will be required to operate drones in Australia and the South Asian region on a day-to-day basis. 
• Exclusive training outlining task requirements will be provided to successful candidates.
• The project could last for approximately 5 years.
• 3-6 month contract periods  are offered, expended or renewable if required.

Qualifications and Experience

• A nationally certified/approved RePL for FW, Powerlift or RW (7kg or higher) is a prerequisite (FW preferable.)
• BVLOS certification from a CAA is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Surveying/mapping experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Operations using any kind of fixed wing drone is preferable. 
• Commencement date +- July 2024.
