Position Overview: As a Dry FireProject Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of Dry Fire electrical projects. Your responsibilities will encompass the management of all aspects of the project lifecycle, from initial conception through to final completion and handover.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of Dry Fire electrical projects from conception to completion.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and expectations.
- Conduct site visits, inspections, and assessments to identify project needs and risks.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and work methodologies to optimize project efficiency and productivity.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams to resolve technical issues and challenges.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations.
- Monitor project progress and performance, and implement corrective actions as necessary to mitigate risks and achieve project objectives.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, and mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, records, and reports.
- Electrical Enigneering backgorund or Electrcial trade backgorund, with experience installing Dry Fire electrical
- Proven experience in project management in the construction or fire protection industry.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and fire protection systems, including sprinkler systems, fire alarms, and emergency lighting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Valid driver's license.
- $120,000 - $140,000 plsu super depdning on experience
