- Serve as the primary point of contact for designated clients, fostering strong relationships built on trust and collaboration
- Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and requirements to align project deliverables with their strategic goals
- Proactively identify opportunities to add value and enhance the client experience through innovative solutions and services
- Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure phases to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to track progress and mitigate risks
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including internal stakeholders and third-party vendors, to facilitate seamless project execution
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Analyse project data, metrics, and feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimise project performance and outcomes
- Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders to provide regular project updates, address concerns, and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing within the project team to leverage diverse perspectives and drive innovation
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, facilitating clear communication and understanding of project requirements and expectations
- Implement quality assurance processes and best practices to ensure deliverables meet or exceed client expectations and industry standards
- Continuously assess project performance and identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency gains, and cost savings
- Drive a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the project team to enhance skills and capabilities
- Proven experience in project management role within professional services, consulting or similar digital environment
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and best practices, with relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira) and business analysis tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) preferred
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage competing priorities and deadlines
