About the role!
As the Dual-Site Manager, you will actively engage and be situated at our store as well as ensuring efficient store visits. You bring your best self to every interaction every day, with passion and poise. You understand that the success of our label truly relies on how well the team work together, not only within the store but the whole business.
You personify these exact qualities in the way you hold yourself, inspire the team and engage customers across multiple locations. You are an influencer of extraordinary outcomes, consistently creating a stylishly polished space for customers to playfully indulge in their finest fashion desires and where every team member feels empowered to deliver first rate customer service and exceptional sales performance. It’s no wonder your team value and are inspired by your leadership!
- Minimum of 2 years’ Store Manager or leadership experience in a retail environment
- Genuine love, experience and understanding of fashion and retail industry
- Track record of exceeding sales targets & maximising profitability
- Proven experience of driving exceptional customer service
- Ability to successfully recruit, build and retain high performing teams
- Knowledge in leading retail sales teams to manage operations including sales budgets, wages, rostering, VM, Stock management, shrinkage etc.
- Proven experience in coaching and developing teams & individuals
- Thorough understanding of commerciality
