More about you – Dual Store Manager
Responsible for running day to day operations of both Broome and Broome City stores and ensuring it is customer focused, efficient and cost-effective. As the leader for the stores, you will be responsible for maintaining high operational and organizational standards, training and continuous coaching of team members and creating a pleasant environment for both customers and team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of both stores, making sure they run smoothly and effectively
- Motivating the team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff
- Ensuring stores compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitoring inventory levels and ordering new items
- Hiring, training, developing and overseeing new staff
- Maintain outstanding store conditions and visual merchandising standards
- Drive customer service excellence to every aspect of the store, deal with queries and complaints in a professional manner
The successful applicants will also have
- Proven ability to manage and lead within a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational, time management and multitasking skills
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- A happy, friendly and energetic personality
- A desire to deliver high quality customer service
- A current/valid police check or a willingness to obtain if successful
